Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Protege. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop administrative skills while assisting in the daily operations of the administrative department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and teams.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports.
  • Maintain filing systems (both digital and paper-based).
  • Assist with office supplies management and ordering.
  • Participate in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Assist in maintaining office efficiency.
  • Provide other administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
