The Protg Program at Novartis is designed to provide a great opportunity for fresh graduates to explore and gain knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. The 12-months programme is aimed to impart employability and entrepreneurial skills through structured and on-the-job training, offering practical skills and real-life experiences to build strong foundation for a successful future. For this role, you will be involved in contributing to Value and Access department operations in making new innovative treatments accessible to patients in Malaysia. About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Dashboard Management: Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, maintaining and updating dashboards to monitor program performance and progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage effectively with external stakeholders through clear and professional communication, particularly for following up on Alternative Funding (AF) submissions and related matters.
  • Report Writing & Content Summarization: Demonstrate strong writing skills by generating concise summaries and reports based on product dossiers, supporting the development of clinical materials.
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track the status of multiple ongoing projects and programs, providing timely updates and status reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Assist in the planning and facilitation of departmental events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and proper documentation.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in science stream.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team setting.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Malaysian citizens only.
