Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for conducting thorough quality assurance reviews on pay-out re-assessment cases completed by the Fraud Operations team, ensuring that every decision made is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the Pay-out Assessment Framework as well as BNM's thematic expectations. You will verify that each assessment is supported with complete documentation, clear justification for pay-out or joint culpability outcomes, and full compliance with internal governance standards.

You will ensure all cases are assessed in accordance with approved workflows, customer communication guidelines, and regulatory timelines. In addition, you will prepare detailed QA tracking reports to highlight recurring gaps, errors, or trends that require escalation or process enhancement. As part of strengthening the control environment, you will support the second-line validation process for cases identified for review prior to management approval or external submission.

You will work closely with Fraud Operations assessors, Team Leads, and Managers to drive accuracy, promote quality awareness, and uplift the overall standard of submitted cases. To continuously improve the QA framework, you will assist in refining QA checklists, documentation standards, and reporting templates, ensuring the process remains robust, effective, and aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.
