About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to support our Claims Operations team in ensuring timely claims payment replacements and effective resolution of claims enquiries while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process replacement payments for failed auto-credit transactions, returned cheques, and stale cheques.
• Coordinate stop-payment requests and create replacement payments in the claims system.
• Perform validation checks and verify payment details before payment issuance.
• Monitor replacement payment cases and ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Maintain payment tracking records and prepare operational reports.
• Liaise with Finance, Claims, and other stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
• Respond to claims enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Insurance, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with completed academic transcript.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
