Who can apply

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree and a CGPA of 3.0 or higher
• Candidates who have completed their studies and obtained their full academic transcript
• Open to recent fresh graduates holding a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality or Hotel Management or any related discipline.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Customer Ecosystem & Digital Support (JustGO)

• Assist with the day-to-day management of the JUSTGO mobile application and user initiatives to ensure a smooth digital toll payment journey.
• Serve as the main contact person for users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through email, chat systems, phone and social media platforms.
• Work closely with internal teams to plan, launch, and monitor promotional campaigns aimed at user growth and retention.
• Help with basic administrative tasks including billing processes, managing application content, and testing new digital features.
• Maintain standard working hours, with flexibility for occasional shift schedules and traveling for on-ground promotional events.

Locations: HQ (Subang) or Central/Northern/Southern Region Office located on our PLUS highway!
