- To assist in Credit/ODP Plus/Maybank Personal Loan endorsement handling
- To assist in Khairat policy issuance.
- To handle daily incoming emails/enquiry.
- To assist in UAT which required him/her to liaise with IT/Developer
Qualification / Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, Takaful, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
