This role supports the operationalization of MRM policies and procedures, contributing to model risk governance practices and collaborating with stakeholders to drive MRM initiatives.
Support operationalization of MRM policies and procedures.
Contribute towards model risk governance practices, documents, and newsletters.
Support the development and maintenance of the model inventory.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive MRM initiatives.
Support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Office in managing the implementation of department-wide initiatives and reporting.
Support the Risk Landscape & Enterprise Risk Assessment Process through timely and accurate reporting, workshop delivery, and other related ad-hoc tasks.
Support the organization of Risk Workshops under the Risk Landscape, including pre-and post-event management & video creation (Canva) for the consumption of senior management committees and Board members.
Support digitalization/analytical projects through the use of programming tools/robotics software to automate manual tasks for efficiency and cost savings for the Risk Management division.
Use analytical and visualization software to access, transform, integrate, analyze, and visualize data to help solve real business & risk problems, and provide insights through sound data analysis.
Collaborate with internal Risk teams to identify existing gaps in current Risk processes due to lack of digitalization and create appropriate solutions to digitalize Risk processes by means of programming, AI, and advanced Excel (e.g. Python, ChatGPT, Power Query).
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, risk management, banking, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, data science/analytics, or other related fields.
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate within and across the risk management function.
Good project management skills are an advantage.
Knowledge in Python, VBA, and advanced Excel functions is an advantage.
Ability to work in an agile and independent manner to meet both BAU and ad-hoc tasks.
Experience with programming tools and robotics software.
Familiarity with analytical and visualization software.
