Job Purpose:
- Assisting the Account Manager (AM) and provides business support of the branch towards achieving General/ General Takaful Insurance targets.
- Assist AM in quotation , follow up and reports
- Monitor the activities of subordinates to ensure efficient and prompt service is provided to Agents.
- To monitor and control submission of agents business is in accordance to branch SOPs as well as compliance to regulatory requirements.
Accountability:
- Assisting AM in providing efficient and excellent service to agents , while ensuring compliance to all internal/external rules, regulations, statutory guidelines and service level agreements
- Administer and monitor prompt referrals of underwriting to HO within the specified time and meet all requirements
- Monitor the provision / outstanding on agents account and follow up for payments. Handle complaints from agents on policy related etc
- Work jointly with BDM/BDE to identify agents needs and sales opportunities through detailed knowledge of the agents business and develop customized solution to address the needs.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate or less 1 year experience with Bachelor's Degree in Insurance / Marketing or related field.
- 27 years old or below.
- Employment type: 8 months under the Protg program.
- Work location: Dataran Maybank, Bangsar KL.
- Computer literate & good communication.
