Role Description

This full-time hybrid role is based in Petaling Jaya, with the flexibility to work both on-site and from home. As a PruVenture-i Takaful Consultant, you will offer comprehensive financial planning solutions, educate clients on Takaful products and services, and assist in achieving their financial and protection goals. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, building strong client relationships, proposing personalized plans, and interacting regularly with clients to maintain trust and confidence. Business development and continuous professional growth will also be core components of this role.

Qualifications

• Financial and Takaful knowledge: Proficiency in financial services, Takaful products, and syariah-compliant practices
• Sales and customer engagement: Strong skills in client relationship management, sales strategies, and trust-building
• Communication and presentation: Excellent communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills
• Organization and self-management: Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and meet deadlines effectively
• Collaborative and innovative mindset: Team-oriented, proactive, and innovative in addressing client needs
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; prior experience in financial planning or sales is an advantage
