Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, based in Bukit Raja with partial remote work flexibility. The Sales Associate will manage both existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, engaging with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and understanding customer needs to recommend appropriate cleaning solutions. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
• Knowledge of market trends, client needs analysis, and product demonstration
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and essential sales technologies
• Experience in manufacturing, B2B sales, or cleaning solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset
