We are led by a Registered Child Psychologist and a business team committed to clinical excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a newly qualified specialist to establish a prominent private practice caseload with strong internal referrals in a supportive, integrated environment.
- Integrated Practice:You will work directly alongside an experienced Child Psychologist/Counselor, a Pediatrician, and a Biotech/Operations Director, ensuring a holistic patient pathway that combines diagnosis, medication management, and therapy.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert psychiatric assessment, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based management for children and adolescents presenting with complex mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders (e.g., ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, ODD).
- Be primarily responsible forpsychopharmacological treatment, monitoring, and titration of medication.
- Collaborate closely with the Child Psychologist/Counsellor and Pediatrician to formulate comprehensive, integrated treatment plans for complex cases.
- Participate in internal clinical governance and audit activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Degree:Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent) recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
- Specialist Qualification:Completed a Master's Degree in Psychiatry or equivalent qualification recognized by the MMC (i.e., a specialist who has completed residency/training).
- Experience:Newly certified specialist or 1-3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
- Language:Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a strong asset).
