- Perform accounts payable such as Payments, GR/IR, P2P Closing, Process invoice (matching, error, policy & tax regulation)
- Record exception case and report to the AP Manager
- Perform checking over vendor invoices for correctness and completeness per purchasing.
- Support and contributes to internal process optimization.
- Perform process improvement.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin
- 3 to 5 years in Account Payable in SSC or BPO
- Hands on with ERP such experience with SAP or S/4HANA is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (due to handling Mandarin speaker country)
