WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for junior level executives who are analytical and creative, able to support media relations, copywriting, project management, research, and reporting. The exact scope defers with each client and respective industry.

Our PR Account Coordinators support the day-to-day functions of client accounts, but are also involved in creative brainstorms, proposal-building, and presentations. It is a fantastic opportunity to learn and be exposed to various industries and subject matter.

The communications industry is fast-paced and involves multi-tasking; passion, grit, and resilience are essential ingredients for success. This role is open to both fresh graduates as well as those with 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.

JOB SCOPE

Media Relations & Copywriting

• Drafting media-related documents e.g. press release, invitation pitch letters, feature articles
• Pitching campaigns, interviews, and features to editors & journalists
• Assist to build, update, and maintain journalist contacts & database
• Media monitoring & reporting on client, competitor, industry news

Project Management

• Support servicing teams in planning and executing marketing & communications campaigns
• Brainstorming narratives, messaging, and tactics with brand teams
• Involves research on subject matter, key topics, policies, trends, stakeholders
• Assist coordination with partner agencies and other stakeholders
• Preparing WIP agenda, contact and debrief reports

Client Servicing & Campaign Management

• Research and development of campaign narratives, concepts, structure
• Support Team Leads when presenting campaign proposals or updates to clients

Business Development

• To participate in ideation for new business pitches
• Developing and presenting parts of the campaign proposals

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant education / industrial experience: agency, journalism and/or marketing communications. Fresh graduates may apply.
• Excellent written skills in English. BM & Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Independent and self-motivated
• Extreme attention to detail
• Able to multi-task with good time management
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Creative, meticulous & result-oriented
