Product & Assortment Planning
- Support in creating and maintaining product and assortment plans based on market trends and customer preferences thru product development or brand liaison.

Supporting Ongoing Projects
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth continuation and completion of existing projects.

Vendor Coordination & Communication
- Assist in communicating with suppliers to track order status, resolve issues, and follow up on deliveries.
- Ensure all vendor documentation and records are up-to-date.
- Maintained and accurate records of vendor interactions and agreements.
- Resolved vendor-related issues in a timely manner.
- On-time delivery of products from suppliers.
Inventory Monitoring & Replenishment Support
- Monitor stock levels and support in managing inventory replenishment processes.
- Flag slow-moving or overstocked items for review.

- Recommendations for reorders or clearance strategies for excess stock.
- Improved stock availability and reduced overstock.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution of strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, Designing, Product Development, or Data Analysis.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Fashion, Ecommerce, Sports, or General Merchandise industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay.
- Mandarin proficiency is required, with at least conversational ability.
