We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive to join our team and ensure that our procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective.

• Job Description:

As a Purchasing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services for our company. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure that we obtain the best possible pricing and quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to secure the best deals.

Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the companys needs and budget.

• Order Management: Process purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.

Cost Control: Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions that optimize costs without compromising quality.

Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels, ensuring that materials are available when needed while avoiding excess inventory.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, including terms of payment, delivery, and quality standards.

• Vendor Performance: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues and working to improve the supply chain process.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

• Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze market conditions and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with legal aspects of procurement, including contract management.
