Purpose of Role

To support the procurement process by sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

ISP Key Responsibilities

  • Source and purchase goods and services based on company requirements.
  • Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  • Resolve issues relating to deliveries, quality, or pricing.
  • Ensure purchases comply with company policies and budgets.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions).
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
