Purpose of Role
To support the procurement process by sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

ISP Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase goods and services based on company requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Resolve issues relating to deliveries, quality, or pricing.
- Ensure purchases comply with company policies and budgets.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Skills, Qualifications And Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions).
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
