Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive at Kim Hoe Thye Industries Sdn Bhd, located in Muar. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders and requisitions, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all purchasing activities adhere to established guidelines and budgets. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, evaluating procurement needs, and maintaining records of all transactions to secure the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Proficiency in Procurement and related processes
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Muar
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous
