Role Description
- Develop and update purchasing policies and SOPs in line with company and ISO requirements
- Manage end-to-end procurement process including requisition, supplier negotiation, approval, and tracking
- Conduct training for PICs and staff on purchasing procedures and systems
- Plan and execute supplier audits, evaluation, and performance improvement
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs
- Control and manage purchasing activities in line with company goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing / procurement
- Experience in ISO environment (e.g. ISO 9001) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge in supplier management, negotiation, and procurement processes
- Experience in developing SOPs and procurement systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
