Purchasing Executive

【Job Description】

・Manage and streamline ordering system workflows to optimize daily purchasing operations.

・Oversee end-to-end kitchenware fulfillment, packaging, and distribution across all outlet locations.

・Liaise with food and non-food suppliers to ensure seamless procurement, stock availability, and timely delivery.

・Serve as the primary point of contact for outlet inquiries regarding stock allocation and order management.

・Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth invoice processing and timely payments.

・Review purchase orders and invoices to promptly identify and resolve billing discrepancies.

・Coordinate international supply chain logistics, handling import documentation, order processing, and customs clearance.

・Maintain inventory accuracy and optimal stock levels across all food and non-food categories to minimise waste and stockouts.

・Assist leadership in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers and high-quality products.

・Analyse sales trends, ingredient consumption, and non-food item usage to inform future purchasing decisions.

・Generate, update, and maintain regular operational and inventory reports for executive review.

・Coordinate logistics and supply availability to facilitate seamless launches for new menu rollouts.

・Conduct routine outlet visits to monitor product handling, ensure standard compliance, and inspect inventory storage.

・Complete hands-on outlet training to gain operational insights and align procurement strategies with store-level needs.

Other Information

. Handling of non-halal food is required

. Work schedule: 5 days a week at office (9am to 6pm with one hour lunch break)
