Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
  • Negotiate and build relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Evaluate current and new suppliers / vendors for their quality, price, reliability and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards.
  • Ensure all vendors delivery in order to meet production schedule
  • Ensure effective implementation and maintenance ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Additonal responsibilities when directed by superior.

Qualifications:

  • At least Diplomo/Advanced/Higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Purchasing Executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software (e.g., Oracle).
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
