Job Description
Understand business requirement and source vendors for products and services
Participate in cross-functional process and training
Assist in documentation arrangement, create and maintaining system data.
Render support to daily purchasing assignments
Gain Centralized Procurement knowledge, training, coaching, and assignments relating
to real world situations.
Ability to work in a diverse work environment and support multiple purchasing
initiatives
Work on real life environment that creates system data, placing order to supplier and
follow up shipment, GR and supplier payment.
Prepare basic reporting as required by buyers and managers
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business
Studies/Administration/Management/Logistics, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
