The role
We are seeking a talented and driven Purchasing Specialist (Spanish Speaker) to join the team at Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic procurement and inventory management initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
- Process and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Review, verify, and process supplier invoices for accuracy.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain records and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and cost optimisation
- Proficient in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with procurement software and data analysis tools
