Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PVC Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the PVC market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a strong network within the industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for PVC products.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients across relevant sectors (e.g., construction, plumbing, agriculture, packaging).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PVC or plastics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of PVC products, applications, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
