Strong hands-on experience in Python development

Experience developing applications in enterprise or banking environments

Role Summary

You will contribute to the development, enhancement, and operational support of applications within the IT IP & Tooling domain. The role involves close collaboration with business analysts and cross-functional IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while supporting follow-the-sun operations.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in solution definition in collaboration with Business Analysts

Prepare technical and design documentation

Assist in defining and maintaining information system architecture

Develop or integrate third-party software components in line with technical standards

Perform unit and integration testing

Support user testing and acceptance phases

Configure applications as required

Participate in cross-functional acceptance and performance testing

Maintain documentation, test datasets, and continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor assigned applications on a day-to-day operational basis

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues

Support business teams with data extraction, updates, configurations, and tool implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

02 years (Junior), 26 years (Mid), or 6+ years (Senior) of Python development experience

Proven experience with Python and Django

Experience managing requirement specifications and system/user testing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural teams

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Proactive, committed, and adaptable mindset
