Python Lead -Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Python development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.

Python Developer 3 5 yrs experience in Python development.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical Skills:

Strong experience with Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and related design patterns.

Expertise in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.

Leadership Skills:

Proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer, with a track record of leading projects and teams.

Strong leadership skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Experience in mentoring and developing engineers to reach their full potential.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

Soft Skills:
