QA Engineer (Electronics)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for projects related to product and process quality to ensure quality products and total customer satisfaction.
• Key personnel to interface with customers / suppliers / internal team related to quality issues and failure incidences.
• Driving issues for root cause(s), corrective action, and monitoring for effectiveness.
• Lead the internal team and prepare customer / Internal 8D report whenever there is quality issues.
• Oversee quality inspection and testing of incoming, in process and outgoing product to confirm products quality meet the specification.
• Manage non-conformance incoming parts and goods tin accordance with quality management system.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Science from recognized university or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in quality assurance, quality control or a similar role.
• Analytical in problem solving.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawing and quality core tools such as SPC, MSA, PPAP.
• ISO9001 experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in the cable and connector industry will be an added advantage.
