Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated QA Engineer to join our InSight Public Sector Vertical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of comprehensive Test Plans and functional tests within an agile development lifecycle to support our AI-driven content services platform.

You will join a critical organization dedicated to supporting digital transformation by leveraging Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to provide actionable business insights for our global customers.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Test Plans and functional test cases to ensure all software solutions meet rigorous business requirements and quality audits.
  • Collaborate on Technical Design: Partner with agile development teams during design discussions to evaluate technical implementations, balancing scalability and delivery timelines with business value.
  • Ensure Accessibility and Compliance: Perform manual and automated testing to ensure all components comply with organizational standards and accessibility regulations, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and Section 508.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in software application testing, specifically within cloud-based environments and agile scrum methodologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data analytics, distributed processing frameworks (such as PySpark), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Proven Ability: Demonstrated success in performing functional and regression testing for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence applications in a collaborative team environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited or recognized university.
  • Able to speak Mandarin
