QA Executive (Well-known MNC Food Manufacturing)

• Conduct internal audits and prepare for third-party or regulatory audits.
• Maintain accurate records (e.g., batch records, test results etc).
• Ensure traceability of all ingredients and processes.
• Inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with specifications.
• Train production and warehouse staff on quality standards and hygiene practices.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances (root cause analysis).
• Prepare correction actions report.
• Review and verify supplier documentation ensure supplier documentation is up-to-date and complies with regulatory and internal standards.
• Coordinate with procurement about non-conforming (NC) raw materials. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or related field
• Mandarin Speaking (To deal with China management)
• Must be willing to work in Senai (Near Airport)
