QA Manager

Position Summary:

Lead and oversee all aspects of the Quality Assurance function, ensuring smooth internal operations and effective external collaboration. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and guiding the department toward achieving organizational objectives, while also supporting senior leadership in key decision making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct daily operations and strategic planning for the QA function

Approve and update quality-related documentation and systems

Develop and manage annual departmental plans, including budget oversight

Track and report customer-focused quality performance, particularly in EMC standards

Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders on quality-related matters

Validate outcomes of internal quality audits

Establish, monitor, and achieve both individual and departmental KPIs

Mentor, train, and prepare team members for future leadership roles

Support organizational initiatives and carry out assignments from senior management

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in system implementation, HR management, and training

Minimum of 6 years experience in the PCB or Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) industry

Strong knowledge of ISO9000, IATF16949, and other quality management systems

Familiarity with ISO, 6S, EHS, continuous improvement practices, and supervisor development programs

Proficiency in English (reading and writing)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
