What You Will Do
Key responsibilities
- Conduct QA/QC inspections for MEP works on data center or construction projects
- Review drawings, materials, method statements, and inspection plans
- Witness testing and commissioning activities to verify compliance
- Monitor installation quality to ensure adherence to standards and specifications
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and other quality documentation
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Electronics, Construction, or a related field
- 35 years of QA/QC experience in MEP, civil, or construction projects
- Familiarity with relevant engineering or construction standards and inspection requirements
- Knowledge of testing and inspection procedures within the relevant discipline
- Experience in data center or industrial projects is advantageous
Skills and Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Clear documentation and reporting ability
- Solid understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
- Good English communication skills (Chinese is an advantage)
