Job Responsibilities- Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)
Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC processes and procedures for drilling rig and P&A projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the creation and management of a well abandonment events database for risk analysis and QA/QC purposes.

Project Management Collaborate with project managers and engineers to prepare detailed drilling rig and plug and abandonment programs, ensuring adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing QA/QC support to ensure project milestones are met.

Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, test results, and compliance reports.- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions to senior management and stakeholders.

Training and Development Train and mentor project staff on QA/QC procedures and best practices.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the project teams.

Safety and Compliance Ensure all QA/QC activities are conducted in accordance with the companys HSE management system and regulatory requirements.- Participate in safety meetings and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential quality and safety issues.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the oil and gas industry, specifically in drilling rig projects and P&A operations.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to drilling and well abandonment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)- OPITO-approved training certifications
Relevant HSE certifications

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
