QA Test Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Test Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing QA teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Oversee the QA team and manage day-to-day testing activities.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to define testing requirements.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results and defects.
• Lead root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
