QA Test Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Test Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of managing QA teams and delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and plans.
• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Design, document, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Analyze test results and report defects to development teams in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular QA assessments and audits to ensure compliance with established processes and standards.
• Mentor and train team members on QA best practices and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficient in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with development and product teams.
