Summary
Keeps responsible for maintaining quality control plan. Oversees and monitors the inspection and testing the incoming materials, in-process and final products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Support manufacturing process validation and process improvement studies.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for incoming, in-process, final product inspection and lot release.
- Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling and training.
- Be involved in process and quality improvement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing processes and products meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Manage non-conformance processes, including investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive methods (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate regular audit and inspection to assure compliance to all applicable requirements.
- Perform continuous quality control evaluation and trend analysis on product quality issue.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering (or any relevant discipline).
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing field. Fresh graduate with responsible attitude are welcome to apply.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiar with QC inspection activities, proficiency in documentation tools and quality engineering report.
- English is a must. Bahasa Malaysia and others will be an added advantage.
