Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Inspection and Testing:
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on products and materials.
Conduct tests using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure specifications are met.
Verify compliance with standards, specifications, and drawings.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare detailed reports on findings.
Document non-conformances and communicate with relevant departments for corrective actions.
Quality Control Processes:
Identify quality issues and recommend improvements to reduce defects.
Support the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure adherence.
Assist in root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to address quality concerns.
Provide feedback and support training sessions to enhance quality awareness among staff.
Compliance:
Ensure all inspections comply with company policies, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
Monitor workplace and product safety to align with regulatory standards.
