Tasks / Job Scopes

• Perform quality inspections on machined parts, fabricated components, and finished products.
• Verify product dimensions and specifications according to engineering drawings.
• Use measuring equipment such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Identify defects and ensure only conforming products proceed to the next process.
• Prepare inspection records and quality reports.
• Assist in root cause investigation and corrective action activities.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to maintain product quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and customer quality requirements.

Education

• Minimum SPM or vocational/technical school training
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
