Job Description:
- Inspecting samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality
Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements- Performing inspections at random to assess product quality
Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and inputting data into quality folder
- Guide the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements- Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM.
Good written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of computer skills
- Documentation and reporting skills
Teamwork and collaboration- Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time
Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters and calipers is an advantage
- Knowledge on Surface Mount Technology (SMT) or semiconductor/electronic component is an advantage.
Malaysian citizen.- Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
