QC Manager - Mandarin Speaking

We're looking for an experienced QC Manager to lead our Quality Control team and ensure consistent product quality across our manufacturing operations. You'll oversee daily QC activities, manage quality issues and customer complaints, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with Production, Engineering, R&D, and suppliers. Mandarin communication is required to liaise with China-based management.

1. Lead and manage daily QC activities, including inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
2. Monitor and handle quality issues and customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
3. Establish, maintain, and improve QC inspection standards, testing methods, work procedures, and quality documentation.
4. Work closely with Production, Engineering, R&D, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
5. Lead, supervise, and develop the QC team, including work allocation, performance monitoring, training, and capability development.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years or above of relevant QC/QA experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in supervising or managing a QC team is required.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection methods, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Experience handling customer complaints and quality-related issues.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team effectively.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate and report to China-based management.
