Perform inspection, testing and measurement for incoming, in-process, and finished products according to the work instruction and procedure. Generate the required inspection records accordingly.
Supervise the overall quality at the production site. Ensures that the company's products and services meet the regulatory and client's requirements and perform in line with the established standards.
Determining and distributing work assignments and responsibilities of QC team
Conducting regular meetings with QC team. Monitoring QC performance and attendance and implementing disciplinary actions, if necessary
Training new employees on company procedures and policies
Maintain 5S and safety in workplace.
Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
