Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager position based in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. The QHSE Manager will lead all QHSE-related matters across project sites and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. The role also includes responsibility for the annual renewal of CIDB PPS certification for scaffolding materials.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Designing and delivering safety training programs to enhance workforce awareness and compliance.
2. Leading accident investigations and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks.
3. Developing occupational health protocols to safeguard employee well-being.
4. Monitoring workplace safety and environmental compliance across all project sites.
5. Promoting a safety-first culture and maintaining high-quality operational standards throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Management or a related engineering field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Health & Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health.
• Experience in conducting accident investigations and implementing corrective/preventive measures.
• Strong ability to develop and deliver training programs on health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a culture of safety and quality.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive process improvements.
• Relevant work experience in the construction or engineering industry is an added advantage.
