Key Requirements

• Strong airline domain experience with end-to-end passenger booking journey knowledge across web and mobile channels.
• Expertise in flight search, fare families, cabin classes, booking flows, fare rules, and passenger type code (PTC) validations.
• Experience validating ancillary services including seat selection, baggage, meals, upgrades, and related booking options.
• Good understanding of payment processing, booking confirmation, ticket generation, itinerary details, and customer communications.
• Ability to perform functional, integration, regression, and mobile application testing across booking and servicing journeys.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-focused behavior; automation testing experience is an added advantage.
