Digital Quality Assurance Consultant (Cantonese/ Mandarin Speaking) - Junior and Senior

Job Type: Permanent/ 1-year Contract
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of mobile and web applications to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and usability problems.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various projects.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Report and document defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new updates.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in Cantonese and Mandarin to provide clear and concise feedback.
- Participate in QA team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Cantonese OR Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance for mobile and web applications.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Selenium).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices.
- Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
