Here is where you will come in:
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all quality assurance activities within our production processes. Your role will ensure the timely completion, safety, and overall quality of all projects, in line with our company's high standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support in-process quality control and outgoing inspections,
- Manage suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Support in-process quality control and provide quality awareness to the production team.
- Contribute to the creation of QA process documentation and best practices
- Conduct in-process audit both internally and at supplier site, and ISO9001 audits.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in team meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress and escalate risks or blockers.
- To lead a team for QA Technician, motivate and drive them to achieve result.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO requirements and adherence to standard operating procedures, safety practices, work instructions, policies, and guidelines
- Performing other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors to maintain quality standards across all stages of production
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the Engineering field or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality related role
- Possess extensive manufacturing experiences
- Competent and knowledgeable in problem solving and quality/statistical tools such as 8D, 5-Why Analysis & etc.
- Well-versed in Quality Management System ISO9001
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
