Job Description

Responsible:

  • Responsible for establishing, introducing, improving, updating and maintaining the company's ISO quality management system documents; assisting in customer quality audits; organizing internal system audits and quality system improvement work, and reporting on the effectiveness of the quality management system and improvement needs.
  • Handle customer complaint incidents, take charge of dealing with customer complaints and resolving quality issues, complete customer complaint investigations and form reports for customers, verify the effectiveness of improvement measures, ensure continuous production stability, and take effective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Organize the compilation of quality control documents, undertake the compilation of relevant quality documents, communicate with related departments, and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Be responsible for quality assurance work in all stages of project development, assist in completing new product introduction, evaluation of raw materials and consumables, process improvement and optimization, and process document management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with work experience as a quality internal auditor in the electronics industry preferred.
  • Familiar with knowledge of semiconductor components, statistical techniques and ISO9000 framework.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project quality management of electronic, semiconductor devices or automotive electronic devices, or related manufacturing quality management experience; understanding of semiconductor component reliability tests and product characteristic analysis processes.
  • Proficient in using quality analysis tools (QC seven methods, five core tools, etc.).
  • Good communication skills, team spirit, rigorous thinking, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
