Quality Assurance Executive

About the role

Intrinseque Health, a clinical supply chain company, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in Melaka. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained across our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and policies to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Conducting regular internal audits and assist with external audit to identify and address any quality issues
• Providing training and guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve any quality-related complaints or non-conformances
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Staying up to date with changes in quality assurance regulations and best practices within the pharmaceuticals and medical devices industry

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Excellent understanding of quality management systems, GMP, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address quality issues
• Proficient in data analysis and quality reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality
