Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection and quality testing of incoming raw materials, in-process, and finished goods according to established standards.
- Support the team in performing microbiological, chemical, and physical tests as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain and update quality records and documentation accurately.
- Assist in investigating and reporting non-conforming products.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA/QC department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about quality assurance and eager to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
