Quality Assurance Intern

We are currently seeking a Intern, QA/QC, to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the mission we offer you:

• Assist in management of procedures, documentation control and providing administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
• Liaise with other functions to ensure QMS is functioning properly.
• Manage the controlled documentation within the company
• Maintain the department's filing system and keep all records and correspondences in the right order.
• Manage the controlled document distribution within the company.
• Assist in department data analysis and data collection related to QAQC activities.
• Support team members with daily tasks and administrative duties.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Assist in updating quality department databases or spreadsheets.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines..

Main Challenges

• Ensuring accurate and timely management of documentation to maintain compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Coordinating effectively across departments to support the smooth functioning of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Maintaining meticulous records and controlled documentation to prevent errors and facilitate easy retrieval during audits or reviews.
• Supporting data collection and analysis activities to identify areas for process improvement and maintain quality standards.
• Managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Contributing innovative ideas and proactive support to enhance department workflows and documentation processes.
• Ensuring the integrity and security of sensitive quality data and documentation throughout their lifecycle.

Main Accountabilities

The intern will support the management and control of procedures and documentation within the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and efficiency. They will assist in maintaining accurate records, managing document distribution, and supporting data collection and analysis related to QA/QC activities. Additionally, the intern will provide administrative support to the department, facilitate communication across functions, and where applicable - projects, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the quality team
