We are seeking a QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function, ensuring products consistently meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive quality excellence, lead audits and certifications, and develop a strong quality culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC Packaging and customer standards.
• Manage customer complaints, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Lead internal, customer and certification audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste and quality-related costs.
• Develop and coach the QA team while promoting GMP and quality best practices.

About You

• 5+ years experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audit processes.
• Experience managing ISO and BRC certification standards.
• Skilled in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and quality improvement methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passionate about driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
