Responsibilities :

• Ensure the construction work/specification at site is according to construction drawing and meet the quality standard.
• Attend site inspection to ensure the site construction quality is on standard for structural and architectural work.
• Prepare site quality report based on the construction work
• Present quality report in management meeting.
• Prepare assessment report following Qlassic standard for all the project site.
• Issue NCR and monitor rectification work due to quality issue (if any).
• Provide technical support to site and project team.
• Review method of statement (MOS) and ensure the work is meeting proper construction method and construct according to MOS.
• Attend site meeting as when required.
• Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
• Familiar with quality of work requirement such as Qlassic standard
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and preparing drawing
• Knowledge in software such as Sketchup and Revit will be an advantages
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
