Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and validation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects in a bug tracking system.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct regression testing and performance testing as needed.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and documentation.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
